This is a remote position.Job Title: AWS Data EngineerLocation: PortugalWork Regime: Full-time & Remote (Portugal based)Overview / Summary:We are looking for a AWS Data Engineer with more than 4 years of experience in designing, building, and optimizing data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Snowflake, and data warehouse migration projects. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Responsibilities and Tasks:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes;

Lead and support data warehouse migration projects to modern platforms;

Implement solutions leveraging AWS cloud services and Snowflake;

Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards;

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data solutions;

Optimize performance of data systems and ensure high availability.

RequirementsMandatory Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role;

Proven experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda);

Strong expertise in Snowflake and data warehouse modernization;

Hands-on experience with data migration and large-scale ETL projects;

Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling best practices;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Fluent English.
