- You have a high level of Spanish (oral and written) and fluency in English
- You have experience in customer service

- Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting sellers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat across a variety of areas.
- Providing customer support throughout the entire process, from sale, delivery, and return, to refund and warranty.
- Maintaining KPI metrics within targets and ensuring closed cases per hour meet SLA levels.
