Design, develop, and deploy serverless/containerised AI applications using python and cloud native services;
Build AI Agents that works seamlessly with existing production systems;
Effectively collaborating with multiple teams across the organisation to integrate the different systems;
Analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability;
Monitor and troubleshoot issues including timeouts and connectivity problems.

We are looking for someone with…

Strong grasp of software engineering principles and DevOps practices;
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure;
Proficiency in FastAPI for building RESTful APIs;
Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and microservices;
Basic understanding of LLM/MLOPS and monitoring AI Systems;
Demonstrated understanding of complex system integrations;
Experience working in enterprise-level IT environments;
Experience on AWS ecosystem (Lambdas, Gateway, Fargate, etc.);
Experience working with Snowflake, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce;
Experience working with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex);
Already worked on analysing latency, improve scalability, checking timeouts, etc. (network infrastructure);
Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques;
Understanding of the A2A and MPC protocol;
Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies;
Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems;
Awareness of RPA tools like UI Path, power automate, etc.
