- Conduct regular site visits to properties within the portfolio to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and company standards.
- Assist in the leasing process, including showing properties to potential tenants, conducting tenant screenings, negotiating lease terms, and preparing lease agreements.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, and coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to address issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior property managers to develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and strategies to maximize property performance and ROI.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property-related documents, including leases, contracts, maintenance logs, and tenant communications.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and competitive properties in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive tenant experience and efficient property operations.
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or related field is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
