Come join us! ⭐Your mission will be…This is a leading role in Release Management, securing Go-Lives in Time and Quality following the Audit Framework. This also includes the definition, execution and continuous improvement of the Way of Working following state of the art Agile Frameworks. The roles spans the life cycle starting with Release preparation until the handover of the Release into the Run phase. Close collaboration with members of the Release Management Team (external / internal) and with the Product Teams (external / internal) is key.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Release Deployments and Cutover with for Releases in alignment with all Stakeholders
  • Drive the overarching Release strategy together with the team by assuring the compatibility of Release Deliverables.
  • Prepare and safeguard Release Go-Lives according to the defined timeline, quality and Audit criteria incl. Management Presentations.
  • Own Agile Planning and Progress Monitoring Events.
  • Be the “Guardian” of the Release Management Way of Working and adopt the Way of Working according to evolving Program Demands.
  • Responsible for documentation and training of Release Management Methodology and Tools.
We are looking for someone with…
  • Expert in Release/Project Management in large Scale SAP or comparable Technology Programs.
  • 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Software Logistic (SAP Transport Management) Concepts and Tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile practices like Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework SAFe and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Very good English language skills and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and Way of Working complete your profile.
