- Safely handle, store, and retrieve luggage, guaranteeing care and attention to guests' belongings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the entrance and lobby areas, contributing to a positive and polished first impression.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities, transportation options, and local attractions, always with a proactive and guest-focused attitude.
- Ensure smooth communication with the Front Desk, staying informed about check-ins, check-outs, VIP guests, and special requests.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Education: Background in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields.
- Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with customer service techniques, access control, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
