- Filter inbound enquiries via our CRM, LinkedIn, personal and group emails, and respond accordingly.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Attending trade fairs and exhibitions representing the company and generating new leads.
- Meet with prospective new clients for initial discussions.
- Onboard new customers and handle contracts.
- Foster and develop customer relationships for key accounts.
- Plan and manage customer expectations by working strategically and communicating well with other teams.
- Have a thorough comprehension of the company’s technology and products.
- Provide technical information and coordinate presentations when required.
- Coordinate and produce the colour palette documentation for the business.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the fashion and textile industry.
- Maintain knowledge of key competitor activities.
- Develop and implement customer management strategies.
- Stay organised by updating the CRM and our Notion software regularly for administrative tasks.
- Periodic overseas travel will be required.
- A minimum of 5 years in a professional environment inclusive of Textile sales experience (3+ years).
- Knowledge of the Fashion / Textile Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric/woven and fibre structures.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically on sales.
- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentational skills.
- High proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Interest in sustainability.
- Your personality can be described as collaborative, entrepreneurial, pro-active, responsible, result-driven, and flexible.
