Descrição da FunçãoYour new companyYou will be working for a global leader company in the industrial sector.Your new roleProvide first-line troubleshootingSet up hardware, install and configure software for Windows and iOS.Manage user accounts, groups, and file permissions in Active Directory and enterprise content management systemsUndertake ongoing housekeeping activities such as daily server backup checks, Windows updates, routine software updates for backend server applications and maintaining electronic records with regards to equipment allocation, loans and purchasesManage the firm's daily/offsite backups and restore dataSet up, configure, test, and troubleshoot teleconferencing equipment, multimedia devices, monitors, projectors, and any other presentation equipment for meetings and events dealing with all technical aspectsDrive operational excellence through quality closures and proper escalation of issuesHelp maintain administration required for operating an ISO27001 compliant IT environmentWhat you'll need to succeedAt least 3 years of experience in a similar roleSolid experience in cybersecurity, in leadership or senior positionsIn-depth knowledge of information security tools and techniques, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, etcFamiliarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, among othersAdvanced skills in log analysis, threat detection, and incident responseExperience in implementing processes aimed at certifying security standardsExperience in implementing/coordinating SOC and NOC teamsRelevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, are desirableWhat the company can offer youCompleted education in Information Technology or comparable further educationWillingness to take on responsibility in the Microsoft (Windows) workspaceExperience with supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 suite of productsExposure to MDM products like Intune / Endpoint Central(Azure) Active Directory administrationExperience with Service desk ticketing systemsUnderstanding of basic networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.Security awarenessExcellent communication skills towards internal and external parties as well as very high customer and service orientationFluent Portuguese and English is requiredNext stepIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send us your updated cv.
