Therefore, we need your creative thinking and agility. As a Staff Business Process Consultant Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, setup, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous optimization of Infineon's Business Processes in Porto. You will work closely with the Process Owner community and other stakeholders, consulting them on process improvement and digitalization opportunities. In this role, you will proactively collaborate, transform processes from paper scratch into living reality, and drive impactful results.We are hiring a Business Process Management professional to consult stakeholders, coordinate process alignment, and maintain the Infineon Process Framework. Your ability to advise, collaborate, and consult will be essential in optimizing and integrating processes into the organization. You will also contribute to improving the methodology for process mapping, reviews, and modeling with a focus on delivering tangible business resultsDue to the current team setup, it would be beneficial if our new team member could focus on consulting for finance-related domains. While this is not a mandatory requirement, it would complement our existing team structure.In your new role you will be responsible for:

Consulting process owners, process leaders, and other relevant stakeholders on Infineon Business Process Management by providing transparency into rules, roles, and responsibilities. You will also bring your expertise to define meaningful effectiveness and efficiency KPIs
Coordinating and facilitating cross-functional process alignment and improvement activities, particularly in process optimization and digitalization projects
Integrating Business Processes into the Infineon Process Framework and supporting their adaptation in relevant functional domains
Maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving Infineon's Business Process Management Framework Governance
Continuously refining the approach and methodology for business process mapping, reviews, and modeling, ensuring efficient and scalable process frameworks
Focusing on finance-related process domains preferred, offering deep insights and consulting expertise to align processes with organizational goals

You know the factors for successful innovation and foster the necessary conditions for them. You demonstrate strong communication and motivational skills, know how to establish lasting relationships and networks, and act as a proactive consultant focused on results. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you prioritize effectively even when managing multiple projects simultaneously.You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or similar - ideally with a specific focus on Business Process Management (a finance focus is advantageous)
At least 5 years of work experience in Business Process Management or a strongly business process-oriented environment across a variety of functions, preferably in an international manufacturing company
Excellent knowledge of Business Process Management principles, combined with experience in internal and external audit management as well as industry standards like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
Proven expertise in process mapping, optimization, and digitalization, combined with project management experience in global projects, either as a member or in a leading role
Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to working with stakeholders to drive results
Excellent English skills for internal and external communication
Preferred: Experience working in finance-focused process domains or with SAP-related projects, especially during large-scale transformations
