- Design circuit diagrams and wiring schematics for automation control cabinets used in energy and industrial systems.
- Develop and implement hardware layouts for instrumentation and control (I&C) systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and multi-functional teams to define hardware requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and supporting team initiatives.
- Significant practical experience in electrical design, or a completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical cabinet design or similar roles.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD, COMOS, or ELCAD.
- Familiarity with instrumentation, control systems, electrical standards, and data-driven planning tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, along with essential Excel skills for documentation and data handling.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus) with a team-oriented mentality, flexibility, and a demonstrated long-term commitment to developing within the role.
