At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
Understanding Business Processes in the Finance area (P2P, O2C, T&E);
Knowledge on SAP FI customizing;
Technical skills including data extraction, files exchanges, SAP database knowledge, and/or interfaces with cloud solutions;
Fluent in English.ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key contributor of the Airbus SAP FI Accounting Systems support team.
On the S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering, accounts receivable, payables processes and Travel Expenses, the jobholder will have the responsibilities to support Airbus worldwide accounting users network, for 80+ legal entities of the 3 Airbus divisions.
Your main tasks and responsibilities may include:
Incident support:
Collect incidents through ticketing system
Analyze incidents according to priority
Understand issues and be able to reproduce a case
Propose and apply a solution to fix
In case needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solutions
Functional & Technical Support requests:
Collect functional support requests through the ticketing system
Identify interface issues between various SAP & non-SAP systems (e.g SupplyOn, Taulia, KDS, Highradius) and resolve them with the corresponding expert
Analyze and answer to the end-user requests
Small system evolution requests (SAP FI/CO customizing adaptations):
Collect small systems evolution requests
Analyze the requests and design the solution
Customize, test and deliver the solution
Participate in integration test phases.
