Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the resort's business goals, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth;
Uphold and enhance the resort's brand image through compelling storytelling, visual identity, and consistent messaging across all channels;
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and online presence and engagement;
Collaborate with the different business areas (golf, holidays, services/ amenities) to create effective collateral, promotional materials, and sales tools that resonate with the target audience and drive business. Core business being property sales;
Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to secure positive press coverage and strategic partnerships;
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform marketing strategies and ensure a competitive edge;
Responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
