Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEAs a Scrum Master at Capgemini, you will be a key facilitator of agile practices, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving their processes. With at least 3 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles, you'll serve as the agile champion, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment that enables teams to reach their full potential.In this role you will:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices
Remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals
Configure and analyze complex reports and performance indicators to track project progress
Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and their impact on team processes
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
Foster continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and implementation of action items

YOUR PROFILE

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
Scrum Master certification (PSM II or A-CSM required)
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
