Exchanges with persons from different countries, by email or live meetings, are a common day-to-day activity.How You'll Make an Impact

Coordinate the monthly financial closing and ensure that the reporting requirements are fulfilled;
Perform regular critical reviews of the Balance Sheet and P&L;
Perform foreign exchange and hedge accounting related tasks;
Advise the Operating Business on accounting issues and special transactions;
Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners like local management, headquarters, auditors and other departments;
Drive and support the implementation of digitalization initiatives and solutions;
Perform and implement accounting controls;
Support and assist in different projects like M&A transactions and process improvements within the accounting area.

What You Bring

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration & Finance or similar;
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Audit, Accounting or similar;
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills;
Ability to work in a changing environment;
Good knowledge of SAP system and Proficiency in MS Excel & Office;
Ability to adapt and learn new skills;
Initiative, proactivity and team play;
Fluency in English (mandatory).
