In this role, you will act as a key partner for our HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. Apply now and join TEAM ORANGE!YOUR ROLE AT SIXTYou manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with full ownership of the French payrollYou ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processesYou collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issuesYou prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulationsYou identify and lead process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operationsYou provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practicesYOUR SKILLS MATTERExperience You bring 3+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislationEducation You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related fieldTechnical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)Compliance You have a deep understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social contributions in FranceLanguage You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)Soft Skills You are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally in an international environmentWHAT WE OFFER
