Friday from 08:00am to 18:00pmOverview of the company:Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.The Role:As a Technical Support Advisor you will represent a very well known IT software company where you will provide outstanding technical support to business clients. Your role will include identifying and addressing issues through various communication channels, including phone and web-based interactions.Your responsibilities include but are not limted to:Taking prompt ownership of new cases and escalations.
- Providing assistance to business clients, partners, and fellow engineers.
- Conducting thorough research to investigate problems and to technical troubleshoot customer's issues.
- Collaborating with management and engineering to address service issues, generate bug fixes, and create necessary test cases.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German and English
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Experience in IP configuration (setting up outlook, office, etc.) is an advantage
- Keen to learn
- Competitive salary of up to 1500 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and 200 euro performance/productivity bonus) plus free accomodation (room in a shared company flat). If you decided not to take the company accomodation your basic salary per month is around 1691 Euro gross.
