- User Research & Data-Driven Design: Leverage data, research, and user feedback to demonstrate that design decisions are improving the user experience and driving business impact.
- Designing for complex B2B applications
- Leading UX teams across different locations and time zones
- Articulating design decisions to a broad range of stakeholders

- Implementing, sustaining, and growing a design system
- Conducting your work in English. Fluency in written and spoken English is required
