- As a Technical Support for Microsoft, you'll support deliveries;
- Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;
- Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;
- Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;
- Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;
- Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;
- Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.
- Native Italian speaker;
- Fluency in English (minimum B2);
- Customer service experience (in technical support environment is a plus);
- Troubleshooting mindset is also a plus.
