Daily supervision of points of sale, in order to guarantee the maximization of results
and ensure that the organization's policies and values are adhered to by the entire team;2. Supervision of all operational transactions, evaluating and certifying that they all meet the needs of customers and seek personalized service as a standard of service in their stores;3. Definition of objectives and optimization of action plans for each point of sale, ensuring compliance with the KPI's defined by the organization;4. Manage, recruit and train the Store teams, being side by side with them, motivating them and looking for their evolution;5. - With Professional Experience;
- Fluency in the spoken/written (qualifying) or French (preferred) English language;
- High sense of responsibility, rigor and analytical capacity;
- Good ability to manage time and stress;
- Ability to manage work plans and meet deadlines;
- Driving license required;
- Residence in Funchal;
