Your New RoleWe are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our enterprise applications team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform to support various business functions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions. As a key contributor to the digital transformation journey, you'll be responsible for enhancing platform capabilities, integrating external systems, and ensuring the overall health and performance of ServiceNow applications. This is a unique opportunity to work in a global environment where technology and business strategy intersect.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom modules and applications within ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Write and optimize scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs to support business logic and workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards and security protocols.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and enhancements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Continuously improve system performance and user experience through proactive enhancements.
What you Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Glide scripting.
  • Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP.
  • Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer) are a plus.
