We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Group Solutions Team in Lisbon. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international team delivering innovative Learning & Development solutions for companies across the globe.In this role, you'll take a key position in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and play a critical role in database and server administration, ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our infrastructure.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications
- Architect and optimize database models and complex SQL queries
- Administer databases (primarily MySQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL) including backups, performance tuning, and monitoring
- Lead or contribute to server administration tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international locations to deliver high-quality L&D solutions
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, including code versioning, continuous integration, and documentation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
- Proven experience with PHP, GO, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and modern web technologies
- Proficiency with Laravel framework
- Proficient in using Docker to build, deploy, and manage containerized applications.
- Solid experience with MySQL and MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with server and systems administration (Linux environments, Apache/Nginx, cron jobs, log monitoring, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices is a plus
- Experience using Git and version control best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and proactively
- We are looking for team members who are currently based in Portugal (Lisbon area preferred).
- Fluent English and Portuguese is required (written and spoken)
