With a strong focus on agility, scalability, and flexibility, our client enables businesses to stay ahead in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.What you will be doingAs a Senior Operations Engineer, the primary role is ensuring the safe and secure operation of the product. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and closely collaborating with DevOps Engineers to enhance the service. Tasks include:

Executing system updates and modifications on behalf of customers and stakeholders.
Addressing system incidents, diagnosing problems, and restoring services.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status and changes.
Collaborating within the Support and Operations team and partnering with DevOps to troubleshoot issues.
Developing and deploying automation scripts and tools.
Monitoring and enforcing security policies and procedures.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

What you will bring

5+ years of experience in system administration, network management, and infrastructure design.
Demonstrate proficiency in Linux command line and scripting skills (Python, bash).
Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and virtualization management platforms (e.g., oVirt).
Strong understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix.
Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
