We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Data Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of robust data pipelines and build a scalable data foundation. This role focuses on maintaining data reliability, optimizing system integration, and ensuring high-quality data solutions across diverse platforms.ResponsibilitiesDrive the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelinesDesign, deploy and maintain scalable and efficient data foundationEnsure high data quality and availability for analytics and reportingEnsure appropriate storage of data in line with relevant legislation and organizational policiesBuild-in security, compliance, scalability, efficiency, reliability, fidelity, flexibility, and portability into data solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to meet data requirements and deliver solutionsProvide mentorship to junior data engineersRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or similar roleCertification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification)Background in machine learning and data mining techniquesProficiency with data governance and data management best practices to ensure data quality and complianceUnderstanding of Agile development methodologiesCompetency in domains such as Finance, Consumer, Commercial, P&C, Supply Chain, Product, and Life SciencesExpertise in data from Salesforce, DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement), ERP, and Finance SystemsShowcase of Snowflake skills: Data warehousing, data integration, and data transformationProficiency with Amazon AWS tools: S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EMR, and other AWS data servicesFamiliarity with open-source technologies like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, and other relevant toolsDeep expertise in SQL and NoSQL databasesFlexibility to use data visualization tools to monitor pipeline performanceStrong understanding of data security and compliance standardsExcellent problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with English proficiency at a B2 level or higherNice to haveData build tool (dbt) skills: Data transformation and modelingMatillion: ETL processes and data transformationWe offer/Benefits
