- Senior Buyer with minimum 3 years of commercial purchasing experience in automotive market to join our team and contribute to the development of global category strategies for material field purchasing;
- Supplier & material field strategy: Lead the strategic planning for part families, leveraging advanced data analysis and market insights to drive comprehensive consolidation and standardization strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize part family management, demonstrating advanced expertise in strategic procurement and supply chain optimization;
- Ramp-up and Ramp - Down activities: Lead the strategic consolidation of the supplier chain for projects reaching the end of their lifecycle, developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize the supplier network and mitigate risks, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless transition to alternative suppliers or the reduction of inventory levels;
- Bottleneck Management: Lead the strategic management of material shortages at suppliers and Bosch internally, developing and implementing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure continuity of supply and minimize production disruptions, leveraging advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management skills;
- Negotiation of frame contracts with suppliers, negotiation and awarding of projects for New Business Field suppliers;
- Manages actively stakeholders up to executive level in the respective area.
- Master's degree, preferably with an engineering background;
- Good analytical skills;
- Negotiation experience is a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of German is a plus;
- Ability to manage business relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers;
- Self-motivated and able to cope with difficult situations;
- Team player with flexibility;
- Good communication skills.
