Based in the Lisbon Area, you’ll be part of a passionate and high-performing team, representing Ferrero’s beloved brands in-store and ensuring they are perfectly executed at the Point of Sale (POS). This is a two-year journey where you’ll grow professionally while making a real impact in the field.Main Responsibilities:In this field sales job, you’ll be the key link between Ferrero and our partners. You will build strong relationships with store managers, influence decisions at store level, and ensure our products are always well-placed, well-promoted, and well-stocked. Every visit will be an opportunity to strengthen our presence and drive results.You’ll also be responsible for reporting on trade activities, monitoring performance through Perfect Store Audits, and sharing insights on competitor promotions and trends. Your ability to spot opportunities and act on them will be crucial to your success.Who we are looking for:You are a proactive, results-oriented professional with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. With at least three years of experience in the role, you’ve already proven your ability to manage customers and categories while meeting ambitious sales targets.You bring strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a natural ability to build trust. You’re confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you’re comfortable working with data to support your decisions. Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English are essential to thrive in this sales job in multinational companies.A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be based in the Lisbon Area.
