You'll find an environment where you're empowered to be yourself and grow, without compromising on work-life balance.The role:We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Mid-level) to join a multidisciplinary, agile team working on high-impact, scalable systems.In this role, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You’ll work closely with your peers to solve day-to-day challenges and help deliver robust, performant solutions.Experience with Go is not required, but we’re looking for someone with the curiosity, drive, and potential to learn and grow with it.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend or full-stack systems, writing clean and efficient code.Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.Implement and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.Debug, monitor, and improve system reliability and performance.Collaborate with team members to continuously improve engineering practices and product quality.Participate in on-call rotations when needed, ensuring service stability and uptime.Your Qualifications – Must Have:Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer working in agile environments.Solid coding skills in at least one modern programming language.Clear understanding of software development best practices and testing strategies.Interest in working with (and learning) Go.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.Experience with Go or modern backend languages (e.g., Kotlin, Rust, etc.).Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases and distributed systems.Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes), or cloud services (e.g., AWS).Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.What you can expect:Company bonusHealth insurance for you and your householdUp to 30 days of annual leave + 2 social responsibility days per yearWork abroad for up to 20 daysInnovative parental policies and baby kit for new parentsFlexible working environmentMobile allowance – phone + dataShares discountMeal allowanceEmployee referral programLearning and development toolsPartnerships and discountsIf you're excited about solving meaningful technical problems, growing your backend skills, and building high-impact products in a collaborative and people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.We are based in Estonia and Cyprus, and we operate globally.
