  • Oversee the finance operations within the Shared Service Center, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes across all departments serviced.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to shape the vision and future direction of the Shared Service Center's finance function.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging innovation and creativity to enhance service delivery.
  • Support the integration of new services into the Shared Service Center's financial operations.
Looking for an experienced Finance Manager.A recent and dynamic Shared Service Centre located in Porto.
  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing finance teams, with a proven track record of leadership and delivery in finance organizations.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, systems (SAP), and tools (Power BI…).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving both individual and collective success.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into operational details when necessary.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual eager to grow their managerial scope and skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
