Experience in SAP HCM and Workday
Fluent in German and English
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented
Good understanding of figures in addition to accuracy
Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approachResponsibilitiesResponsibilities - your missionYou will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible to:Administrational tasks to support payroll operations (incl. pensions) in Germany
Personnel administration for certain tasks and measures, for exampleTransfers within the Airbus Group
Crediting of seniority dates
Designation of beneficiaries for company pension scheme
Administration of our pensioners, for example Administration in case of death of pensioners including death funds/benefits
Master data maintenance (address, bank details, supervisor) of pensioners in SAP
Identify the different levels of support and redirect inquiries accordingly
