You will be responsible for leading the HR team and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped with the necessary skills to drive our business forward. In your daily work, you will :Customize and execute the global Talent Strategy and People Agenda for the site, ensuring alignment with local needs.Partner with global and local business leaders to monitor staffing needs and oversee recruiting activities to secure top talent.Lead Employee Relations and Labor Relations at the site level, fostering a positive work environment and managing conflicts effectively.Provide guidance to managers on employment terms, talent development, and promoting a performance culture.Support annual compensation and performance cycles, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.Drive local employee engagement and oversee company initiatives to elevate internal and external communication.Ensure compliance with all local regulations and enact policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with legal and ethical conduct.Take responsibility for HR operational administration on site, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.Your BackgroundMinimum of 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership roleStrong knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong people and business focus, understanding company’s business model and directionFluency in Portuguese and EnglishWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
