Network Support Engineer

- Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network switching equipment.
- Support the management of perimeter firewalls (FW), ensuring network security and proper access control.
- Configure and manage VPN site-to-site connections to guarantee secure communication between applications and systems.
- Provide operational support for video conferencing systems in meeting rooms across all office buildings.
- Support day-to-day network operations in corporate offices and retail locations (owned and franchised).
- Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Document network changes, incidents, and solutions in line with internal processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain service availability and meet business requirements.
- Degree or technical certification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of:
- Routing and switching technologies.
- Firewalls, VPN and network security principles.
- Familiarity with video conferencing systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the networking and IT security field.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) is an advantage.
