Come join us! ⭐Your mission will be…Join our Sherpa X program as a Process Expert and lead the transformation of our global Logistics Processes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving standardization and digital excellence across Siemens' worldwide operations.

Process Design & Optimization

Design and implement next-generation logistics processes and digital logistics forms
Analyze country-specific legal requirements
Analyze and evaluate global and regional business requirements in alignment with Siemens guidelines.
Architect standardized, efficient workflows that enhance customer experience
Drive process standardization and harmonization
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

Technical Implementation

Independently design and facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders
Execute SAP configurations and create functional specifications
Coordinate with development teams for solution implementation
Support user acceptance tests
Manage smooth transition to operational Team

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with Siemens Governance departments for the common understanding of future Logistic process requirements to drive the NorthStar and Siemens of the Future.
Lead cross-functional team collaborations
Drive change management initiatives

We are looking for someone with…

Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields
3-5 years' hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution and Material Management module
Experience with SAP Document Compliance and Reporting and Output Management is considered an advantage.
Expertise in Lead to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
Advanced SAP SD/MM expertise
Strong understanding of SAP system integration
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with agile project methodologies
Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Exceptional team collaboration abilities
Outstanding presentation and documentation capabilities
Advanced English language proficiency
Flexibility for business travel
