- Support and advise local leaders on team management, organizational planning, and employee relations
- Implement and coordinate HR initiatives aligned with global strategy, adapted to the local reality
- Promote learning, performance, and development opportunities across teams
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and internal policies, including relations with unions and workers representatives
- Lead recruitment processes, onboarding, HR administration, and offboarding
- Drive employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives that reflect a modern and people-focused culture
- Actively contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools
- Represent HR as a trusted and visible partner across the organization
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related area
- Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally in an industrial or multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law and experience with labor relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills confident, empathetic, and able to influence
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable navigating between strategic tasks and day-to-day operations
