- Lead and coordinate daily Level 1 support operations;
- Manage website updates, user requests, and incident resolution;
- Serve as the communication bridge between users, stakeholders, and technical teams;
- Align user needs with team priorities and technical requirements;
- Monitor support performance and ensure service quality;
- Promote best practices in accessibility, security, and GDPR compliance.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
- Solid experience with:
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
- Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, DNS Management (Nameshield);
- CMS: WordPress (PHP);
- Familiarity with:
- Incident Management: EasyVista (nice to have);
- Analytics: Matomo (nice to have);
- Knowledge of SEO, GDPR, and data privacy regulations;
- ITIL certification (nice to have);
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
- Adaptability to new contexts and challenges;
