This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, oversee distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment, and ensure seamless operations across networks and applications.Responsibilites:

Perform batch operations in accordance with service level agreements.
Monitor and control distributed systems and applications.
Identify and analyze first-level system issues; resolve or escalate as appropriate.
Maintain accurate logs and reports using scheduling software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Contribute to the development of customer-specific support processes.

Required Technical or Professional Expertise
Knowledge in scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Knowledge in troubleshooting, backup/recovery processes.
