It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.THE ROLEAs part of the Delivery team (Logistics department), you will be a key player in our mission to deliver an unrivalled experience to our customers all around the world.This role will provide you a deep understanding of the latest trends in e-commerce supply chain operations, international trade and B2C customer experience.WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be passionate about the optimization of processes and a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency;
Strong background in data analysis and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights;
Develop dashboards and reports ensuring its correct communication to all involved stakeholders;
Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders all around the globe, ensuring Delivery performance metrics and project related analysis are channeled through the business;
Be a key player in multi-disciplinary, end-2-end project teams in order to address new logistics needs and continuous improvement projects;
Be the owner of Delivery performance data and lead the development of tools and KPIs that will support the improvement of customer and partner experience e.g. excel files, google sheets, BI dashboards or machine learning services;
Identify, simulate the impact and propose creative solutions to improve service levels and costs savings;
Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams to address new delivery needs and continuous improvement projects;
Work with internal customers and external suppliers worldwide in order to address new and existing needs.

WHO YOU ARE

Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or other relevant degree;
Proficiency in Excel (Excel Google sheets is a plus) and SQL language (Big Query is a plus) is mandatory;
Proficiency in Reporting tools (Looker is a plus);
Fluent English is mandatory;
Organized and detailed-oriented with a proactive approach;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on supply chain analysis.
