You’ll lead the product roadmap, intake and prioritization of enhancements, and ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise systems. Prioritize the release of new features with corresponding justificationsManage the feature and user story refinement process by gathering requirements, writing user stories, prioritizing the backlog and accepting the team’s workProvide final approvals on functional and UI designsCoordinate with business units to test and evaluate the new or updated applications and featuresSet and manage deliverable expectations with internal and external stakeholdersMaintain an adequate amount of defined work in the backlog to ensure a steady workload in each sprint for custom productsEvaluate product progression at the end of every iteration and demonstrate completed workDevelop and maintain relevant knowledge and skills through self-study and participation in educational opportunitiesDesired Skills and QualificationsExperience in product ownership, HRIS, or enterprise systems project managementFamiliarity with Workday or similar platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors) is a plus—but not requiredStrong understanding of agile methodologies; experience as a Scrum Master or in agile teams is a plusProven ability to manage cross-functional projects and resolve issues to meet project goalsExperience supporting or coordinating system testing, including UAT and validationExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across business and technical teamsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related fieldAre you interested in this position?We’d love to know you better!
