Drive SAP modules implementation projects, coordinate involved parties (business departments, IT, governance, master data, suppliers etc.) through whole project lifecycle (design/build/test/roll-out)

o Translation of stakeholder needs into accurate specifications: coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, drive decision-making process and take ownership to define processes for SAP template solutionso Support the creation of development requests for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)o Implementation together with internal and external IT and business team: Drive implementation and compatibility between the newly designed S4-based system and the remaining legacy management system architecture. Support in the creation of decision requests for RICEFW (necessary developments)o Integration: Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of SAP all modules affected (ARM, R/3 SD, S/4, TM, GTS, EWM, Pega), applications and systemso Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for overall ecosystem- design and migration, focusing on warehouse relevant systemso Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure architecture meets business and operational needs. This also includes interfaces to repair, refurbishment and quality teamso Configuration & Customization: Support design eco-system architecture and configure/customize SAP SD, ARM, EWM, or TMo Training & Support: Support training sessions for users; document knowledge and implement enhancements

Managing agile projects in project manager role or as consultant; lead other team members, act as trusted advisors to internal customers, prepare decision proposals for senior management, draft solutions and concepts for IT departments or external providers, manage implementation of suggested solutions

Support recurring agile activities to ensure proper Wave Planning, Sprint Planning, recurring standup meetings and Sprint Review

We are looking for someone with…

Experience with SAP S/4HANA process design
Experience with implementation projects
Very good understanding of international logistics processes (especially Logistics Complaint, Return, Repair) and dependencies (e.g. warehouse, transport, customs, quality, value flow)
High IT affinity & experience with IT projects, understanding of SAP modules (ARM, R/3 SD, TM, GTS, EWM, S/4).
Experienced project manager
You are proactive, quality-driven, and results-oriented
You have strong teamwork skills and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Above average soft skills expected - professional communication, capable of selling own ideas and convincing others, structured and analytical, capability to understand complex environment
Willingness to travel to customer location (max 20%)
Fluency in English is essential, German language knowledge is an advantage
