Tooling Expert

• Specialized Tool Development: Design, improve, and optimize plastic injection molds and tools for metal parts production. Ensure tools meet quality standards and technical requirements.
• Mold-Flow Analysis: Conduct detailed mold-flow analyses to enhance mold designs and streamline the plastic injection process.
• Mold Approval: Collaborate with suppliers for mold approval, ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards. Conduct tests and inspections to validate mold compliance.
• Supplier Trial Management: Oversee mold trials conducted by various suppliers, ensuring consistency and high production standards. Project Management: Lead projects related to tooling, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Travel Availability: Participate in supplier and client visits, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements:
• Extensive experience in designing and developing plastic injection molds and tools for metal parts. Advanced knowledge of mold-flow studies. Experience in mold approval and trial management. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
