- Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture within the sales domain, aligning it with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect, design, implement, and optimize systems that support sales efforts, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and data security - in line with business needs.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks and platforms that enhance sales capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the entire lead-to-cash process, including lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing, quoting, order management, and revenue recognition.
- Define and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the lead-to-cash process, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and integrated lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Drive the transformation of our business model from traditional sales to selling software products and services online.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define software product offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Architect the technical infrastructure/applications needed to support online software sales, including licensing, digital delivery, and subscription management.
- Design and implement a robust subscription management system to support various software product offerings.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and customer management for subscription-based services.
- Define and maintain subscription policies, including pricing tiers, feature sets, and renewal processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development roles.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud and/or CPQ/Revenue Cloud and core platform capabilities
- Knowledge of Zuora Billing for product configuration, billing, and finance settings is a nice to have
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
