Myndlift offers the most personalized mental health program. We use brain-sensing technology to help people achieve better focus and well-being by working with +1000 clinics and 10’s of thousands of individuals.We are seeking a Product Designer with expertise in building aesthetic product experiences, understanding user needs, and contributing to data-driven decisions.This role will support Myndlit’s line of brain and mental health products for clinicians (B2B), as well as consumers (B2C).Responsibilities:

UX/UI Design: Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and are implemented accurately.

User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather qualitative data and insights. Clearly articulate pain points and address them in your designs.

Data Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor product metrics and user analytics to gauge the effectiveness of design implementations. Collaborate with product managers to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for design efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD/etc.,.
Advantage: proficiency in graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Advantage: experience with data analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude/Google Analytics)
