Proven experience designing and developing software or tools
Solid understanding of end-to-end testing and automation frameworks
Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C#, or C++)
Proficiency with Jenkins, GIT, Ansible, and Linux
Knowledge of development best practices: documented code, code review, unit testing
Experience in debugging, testing and optimizing code
Ability to evaluate and integrate tools to improve testing processes
Strong communication skills to collaborate with IT and business users
Proactive approach to drive project progress and ensure stakeholder alignment
