This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!As a Travel Advisor you will represent a very well-know online travel company where you will assist customers via phone, email and chat with their search for their perfect holiday or business trip. You will make, amend or cancel bookings of flights, hotels, car rentals and aother services as requested. Beside this you are the first point of contact for the customers so any other query they have, you would deal with it in a timely and efficient manner.We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in GERMANGood command in EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service or sales role is desiredComputer literatePassionate about travelEagerness to learn and developWilling to work abroad for min of 6 monthsThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. Besides this the company has lots to offer their employees from internal training and career progression opportunities to external activities and events. The salary package (incl bonus) for this role is around 1082 EURO gross per month PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills.
