As a Team Leader for Controlling Services focused on Revenue & Cost Controlling, you will be managing a team that is responsible for several controlling topics (e.g., cost planning; headcount reporting; overhead management; profitability analysis and reporting, distribution analysis, and reporting), working closely with the appropriate stakeholders - Finance, Procurement, HR, with Divisions, ACT, Operations and Regional controllers. You will be responsible for team development and succession planning by being a coach and mentor.In your new role, you will:
- Manage professional employees and/or supervisors or supervise support, production, or operations team(s);
- Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within its own discipline or function;
- Exercise limited management authority, setting employee performance objectives, conducting performance reviews, and recommending pay actions;
- Define team operating standards, ensuring essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline;
- Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges;
- Ensure that decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures, and business plans;
- Receive guidance from senior management;
- Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively exchange with internal and external partners of all functions and levels of the organization. Furthermore, quality is very important for you and you lead by example.You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent fields;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance either in a leadership and/or an operational position, preferably in an international and multicultural environment;
- Proven experience managing teams or project teams would be highly valuable;
- Experience in a Shared Services environment is an advantage;
- Strong Excel and analytical skills - experience with SAP FI/CO;
- Evaluate new or complex situations using analytical thought;
- Ability to manage staff's day-to-day responsibilities, coaching and mentoring, identifying professional development needs and training opportunities, and continuous performance evaluations;
- Ability to work well with all levels of leadership and departments within the company;
- Fluency in English.
