- Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct product demos, technical workshops, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer business needs into system requirements, including integration scope and automation possibilities.
- Act as a technical consultant throughout the pre-sales process, and help close deals through consultative value-based selling.
- Provide technical documentation, implementation estimates, and solution architecture for proposed engagements.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the travel technology or travel automation industry (e.g., GDS systems, tour operators, consolidators, airline systems, etc.).
- Proven track record in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting role.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and common B2B travel system workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with flight booking engines, air ticket automation, or mid/back-office travel platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of GDSs (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport), airline contracts, or booking automation tools.
- Familiarity with scripting, XML/JSON, or similar data formats is a plus.
- Background in working with agile or fast-paced startup environments.
