This will significantly increase your chances of success.We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Data & AI Platform/Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced data architectures and AI-driven solutions. This strategic role will model complex business requirements across diverse data paradigms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data ecosystems aligned with organizational goals.📌 Deliverables:

Model business requirements into standardized, denormalized, star schema, or other data models as appropriate
Design data models beyond tabular: columnar, graph, geographic, time series, and document-based models
Model business requirements involving data streams and integrations (schema APIs, CRUD APIs)
Design data architecture optimized for qualitative aspects: cost, write/read performance (indexed queries), advanced analytics queries, scalability (scale up, scale out, pause)
Design and implement reference data architectures aligned with data management strategy
Develop a blueprint for an enterprise data framework covering data ingestion, storage, consumption, integration, and management to enrich Data Lakes, MDUs, and Data Marts
Define DataOps observability indicators in three dimensions: Operational health of data pipelines (duration, delays, retries, frequency) Dataset-level health (availability, freshness, volume, schema changes) Data-level health (profiling, anomaly detection, data drift, business rule enforcement)

Ensure technical requirements: scalability, security, performance, data recovery, and reliability
Apply best practices in data governance and security: data catalog, data lineage, data quality, master data management, metadata management, data standards
Align enterprise architecture with systems, data, and technology architecture and the broader business vision
Ensure standardized designs comply with regulatory requirements for data usage (e.g., GDPR)
Prepare business process reports
Implement enhancements and corrections in the Celonis platform
Conduct functional and technical analyses for adding new processes to Celonis

✅ Must Have / All of the following must be clearly listed on your CV:

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 15+ years of experience in the role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Collaborative mindset to work with global teams
Experience in strategic projects
Knowledge of Agile methodology (JIRA, Confluence valued)
Commitment to delivering high-quality work
Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Advanced data architecture skills: data lakes/lakehouse, NoSQL storage
Data modeling expertise: star schema, denormalized, columnar, graph, geographic, time series, document
Integration with data streams, schema APIs, CRUD APIs
Experience with Big Data databases: BigQuery, Azure Synapse, RedShift, Cassandra, Couchbase, HDFS
Solid knowledge of Machine Learning and statistical models (classification, regression, time series, etc.)
Experience in metadata management, data catalogs, data standards, and master data management
Strong background in data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks
Implement data stewardship to ensure comprehensive data scanning and lineage
Ensure unified data governance policies and alignment with regulatory standards
Develop business glossaries in collaboration with data owners, mapping to data assets for curated data catalogs
Deliver centralized training and communication strategies for consistent adoption of data governance practices
Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and policy adherence across the organization
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
DAMA certification is valued
