- You are part of an international team, with strong sales domain expertise bringing together processes, data and technology to accelerate Siemens sales transformation
- As trusted partner you decisively strengthen the collaboration with the Sales across different businesses of Siemens regarding current challenges and future strategic developments
- You collaborate regularly with Siemens businesses, internal IT partners and Service Delivery Partner to influence, deliver and drive continuous improvement.
- Own different themes (e.g. CPQ,Sales Engagement, Contracts…) in SieSales (Siemens Salesforce CRM implementation)
- Evaluating User Stories (regional/HQ) and handing over to Service Delivery Key contact for all stake holders, like Business Partner, Service Delivery, internal IT partners and regional Champions.
- Manage User Stories for required changes/enhancements, ensuring that acceptance criteria are stated clearly and correctly, writing of test scripts and organizing test sessions with all relevant stake holders, testing of all User Stories and support Training and System Documentation in alignment with Business Partner.
- Ensuring that best practices and guidelines are applied for each new User Story.
- Provide first level support in your topics.
- Governance for CPQ related topics to ensure SieSales processes are followed.
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
- Solid experience delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT projects for large-scale global enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform and its core functionalities
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configuration, Pricing, Quoting) or strong willingness to learn
- Understanding of CPQ concepts (product configuration, pricing, quoting, order management, and contract management) is preferred
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
- Experience working with System Integrators in complex IT projects
- Salesforce certifications are valued, CPQ Specialist certification is a plus
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn new technologies
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment
- Solid commercial and analytical thinking
- Business fluent in English, German is a bonus
