
ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role (Senior level);
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Current experience as a Business Analyst with strong involvement in IT Service Management (ITSM) projects (professional experience required);
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management) - CMDB knowledge is a strong plus;
- Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and hands-on development (including JavaScript, HTML, XML, REST API, SOAP) - mandatory;
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose optimized technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices;
- Experience preparing and executing test plans, coordinating UAT, creating documentation, and conducting end-user training;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices;
- English fluency (at least B2 level);
- Residency in Portugal (citizenship, residence permit/work visa) - mandatory.
