- Collaborating with product managers, business analysts, quality engineers, and developers to understand the product and develop high-quality documentation
- Building and maintaining working relationships with project team members and coworkers to successfully complete projects and assigned tasks within required timelines
- Reviewing documentation for structure, content, technical accuracy, and style
- Reviewing legacy documentation to ensure it keeps up with current standards and guidelines
- Analyzing customer feedback on the use of documentation and preparing, delivering, and following up with improvements.
- Evaluate current content and improve those through use of latest GENAI tools and techniques.
- Learning the product functionality through discussion with subject matter experts, personal use and experimentation.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of technical writing or equivalent experience writing customer-facing software documentation that demonstrates excellent writing skills, preferably in financial industry domains
- Experience with single-sourcing tools (such as MadCap Flare), Microsoft Manual of Style, Jira, Confluence.
- Preparing content in alternate media forms (e.g. Power point presentations, videos and other collaterals for maximum usability). These will be used to supplement the documentation.
