Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) - en_UK / en_INTERNATIONAL - Ensure the correct flow of orders, receipt of goods and invoices/delivery notes;
- Registration of orders in IF systems and guarantee of order confirmation;
- Review and archive of delivery notes;
- Secure correspondence of delivery notes with order documents and taking action in case of deviations;
- Coordination of regular stock counts (organization of counting teams and preparation of necessary documentation);
- Identify stock deviations and alert the team so that appropriate measures can be taken;
- Ensure that invoices correspond to the delivery note, identify deviations and alert the team so that appropriate measures can be taken;
- Be responsible for controlling the ordered goods, in accordance with the 4 eyes principle;
- Control point of all IKEA Food invoices before they are sent to the finance/accounting department and verification of all mandatory requirements. Coding of IKEA Food invoices in accordance with accounting requirements;
- Timely and correct recording of activities/campaigns in internal control documents;
