- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the Portuguese market;
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and industry to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients;
- Increase Portfolio through identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations;
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth;
- Provide regular updates and reports on account activity, revenue, and growth opportunities;
- Handle client retention with utmost care and attention, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved;
- Collecting feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services;
- Conducting personalised training sessions for clients, both virtually and in-person, to ensure they maximise the benefits of our platform.
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in account management or sales in the Proptech, SaaS, Retail or Real Estate industry;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, any additional language is a plus;
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Willingness to travel occasionally;
- Ability to multitask, work and focus under pressure;
- Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
